In lectulo meo per noctem quaesivi quem diligit anima mea quaesivi illum et non inveni surgam et circuibo civitatem per vicos et plateas quaerens quem diligit anima mea quaesivi illum et non inveni invenerunt me vigiles qui custodiunt civitatem numquem dilexit anima mea vidistis paululum cum pertransissem eos inveni quem diligit anima mea

unlike the usual tradition of the chant, there is an inserted phrase in the middle of the chant " quaesivi illum et non inveni". It looks it's typical for Bohemian tradition of the chant
